titleOfInvention | Method for preparing seed crystal emulsion, silver halide emulsion, and photographic light-sensitive material |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A photographic light-sensitive material containing a silver halide emulsion which is composed of tabular grains having a high aspect ratio, which is stably prepared, and which has high sensitivity and excellent storage stability. I will provide a. [Structure] A tabular silver halide grain having an aspect ratio of 2 or more occupies 50 to 100% of the projected area of all silver halide grains, and after desalting, the silver halide emulsion is used as a seed crystal emulsion. A silver halide emulsion in which tabular silver halide grains having an aspect ratio of 3 or more occupy 50 to 100% of the projected area of all silver halide grains is prepared by using at least one oxidizing agent for silver. A silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material having at least one emulsion layer containing the thus obtained emulsion on a support is prepared. |
