titleOfInvention | Fibril-shaped polyester fiber and method for producing the same |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] High water absorption by having a fiber surface consisting of continuous streak grooves and having irregular voids inside the fiber, at least some of which communicate with the fiber surface. A fibrillar polyester fiber having a rayon-like texture and a dry feeling, and a method for producing the same are provided. [Structure] In a polyester fiber containing ethylene terephthalate as a main repeating unit and containing an organic sulfonic acid metal salt represented by the following formula (1), the following (A), (B) A fibrillar polyester fiber satisfying the conditions. R-SO 3 M (1) Here, R is an alkyl group having 3 to 30 carbon atoms and 7 to 7 carbon atoms. The aryl group M of 40 is an alkali metal (A): the fiber surface has a width of 0.1 to 3 μm. m, a length of 5 μm or more, having continuous streak-shaped grooves oriented in the fiber axis direction, and an interval between adjacent streak-shaped grooves is 5 μm or less. (B): In an arbitrary cross section perpendicular to the fiber axis, An irregular void having a void cross-sectional area of 5% or more based on the total fiber cross-sectional area is provided inside the fiber, and a part of the irregular void communicates with the fiber surface. |
