titleOfInvention | Method for producing antistatic transparent plastic plate |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A method for producing an antistatic transparent plastic plate which is excellent in abrasion resistance and chemical resistance as well as antistatic property and transparency. [Structure] A first step of forming a coating film of a conductive coating composition on the surface of a transparent plastic plate, a second step of irradiating the coating film with ultraviolet rays to cure it to form a conductive layer, and the conductive layer. It comprises a third step of buffing the surface of the layer and a fourth step of plasma-treating the surface of the conductive layer in an atmosphere of an inert gas and a fluorine-containing compound in a vapor phase. |
