titleOfInvention Method for producing hydroxycarboxylic acid ester
abstract (57) [Summary] (Correction) [Purpose] Compared with the conventional method using strong acid such as sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid, the etherification of side reaction is completely suppressed, and high-purity hydroxycarboxylic acid ester is highly purified. Provided is a novel method for producing a hydroxycarboxylic acid ester which can be obtained in a yield. [Structure] As shown in Reaction Formulas 1 and 2, cyanohydrin is reacted with water and phosphoric acid, and alcohol is added to the reaction product to carry out an esterification reaction. (However, A is CH 2 groups, C (CH 3 ) 2 groups or CH 2 CH 2 groups are shown. )
