(57) [Summary] [Purpose] The above heavy metal ions can be removed by devising means for obtaining antibacterial activity. [Composition] A cation exchange fiber in which silver ion is bonded to a part of the ion exchange group and a monovalent or divalent cation is bonded to the remaining ion exchange group by an ion exchange reaction and activated carbon are mixed. It is filled in the container 5 having the water inlet 5a and the water outlet 5b in the opened state and in a water-permeable state. |
