abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide a coffee maker capable of confirming the state of hot water and extracting a delicious coffee liquid. [Structure] A translucent dome-shaped hot water discharge cover 14 and a large number of holes 1 arranged below the hot water discharge cover 14 with a gap 18 therebetween. A hot water outlet structure 13 is formed from the translucent dome-shaped hot water outlet body 15 on which the hot water 7 is formed, and hot water is guided to the gap 18 in the hot water outlet structure 13. The hot water guided to the gap 18 flows along the upper convex surface of the hot water discharge body 15 and is easily dispersed, and then dropped into the storage case below from the large number of holes 17 of the hot water discharge body 15, so that the coffee powder is evenly hot water. Poured and delicious coffee liquid is extracted.
