[Constitution] Glutamic acid / oxaloacetate transaminase (GOT) in the sample contained L-aspartic acid and α -A method for measuring GOT, which comprises reacting ketoglutaric acid, reacting lactate dehydrogenase and malate dehydrogenase of Bacillus with the produced oxaloacetate in the presence of NADH, and measuring the produced NAD, and NADH, L- A reagent for measuring GOT, which contains aspartic acid, α-ketoglutarate, lactate dehydrogenase, and malate dehydrogenase of the genus Bacillus. |
