[Structure] A first step of plasma-treating the surface of a transparent acrylic resin plate using a mixed gas of an inert gas, a gas phase fluorine-containing compound and oxygen, and a plasma-treated surface of the acrylic resin plate, A second step of applying a conductive coating composition comprising the following (a) to (e) to form a coating film, and a third step of irradiating the coating film with ultraviolet rays to cure it to form a conductive layer A fourth step of buffing the conductive layer. |
