abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] Good storage stability, easy handling when using a molding machine with a long pot life and a small resin liquid supply capacity, or when making a large molded product. A liquid thermosetting resin composition is provided, and further a method for producing a molded product excellent in heat resistance, mechanical properties, machinability, etc. with good reproducibility is provided using the composition. [Structure] A polyisocyanate compound, a polyol compound, a polyepoxy compound and a curing catalyst are mixed in specific proportions and reacted and cured in a mold to produce a molded article, and at this time, the polyisocyanate is substantially used. Liquid A containing a compound and liquid B containing a polyol compound, a polyepoxy compound, and an amine imide compound as a curing catalyst are separately prepared, rapidly mixed at the time of molding, and injected into a mold. |
