(57) [Summary] [Structure] Vinylamine unit 3 represented by the following formula (1) ~ 100 mol% and nonionic monomer units 97-0 mol% An antistatic film obtained by applying a coating solution containing polyvinylamine on at least one side of a base film and then stretching. [Chemical 1] [Effects] According to the present invention, there is provided a film having good adhesion of the coating layer and excellent antistatic property while maintaining the original properties of the base film. |
