titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of pictured parabolic antenna reflector |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Characters when forming parabolic antenna reflectors, Provided is a method for manufacturing a parabolic antenna reflector with a picture, which improves productivity and reduces processing cost by simultaneously processing symbols or figures. [Structure] An acrylic resin film protective layer 2, an aluminum foil reflective layer 3, and an ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer) resin adhesive layer 4 are sequentially laminated and adhered, and arbitrary characters are formed on the surface of the acrylic resin film protective layer 2. Symbols or figures are screen-printed in advance in a planar state using the same type of acrylic ink to form the painting ink layer 5. |
