abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] A first object of the present invention is to provide a novel photographic coupler used as a material of a silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material, and a second object of the present invention. It is an object of the present invention to provide a color photographic coupler capable of forming a color image without causing a change in hue due to heat, humidity and light. The above object of the present invention is achieved by a photographic coupler represented by the following general formula [I]. [Chemical 1] In the formula, R 1 , R 2 and Y each represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent, n represents an integer of 0 to 6, and X represents a hydrogen atom or a group capable of splitting off upon reaction with an oxidized product of a color developing agent. |
