titleOfInvention Method for producing polyaniline or a derivative thereof and a solution thereof, method for increasing conductivity of polyaniline or a derivative thereof, and method for producing solid electrolytic capacitor
abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention provides a method for producing highly conductive and highly reliable polyaniline or a derivative thereof by a method of chemical oxidation, and using this method, a high concentration of electrically conductive polyaniline. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a solution containing the dielectric material, a method for increasing the conductivity of polyaniline or a derivative thereof, and a method for producing a solid electrolytic capacitor having excellent high frequency characteristics and reliability. According to the present invention, in a method for producing polyaniline or a derivative thereof obtained by polymerizing aniline or a derivative thereof with an acid using an oxidizing agent and a protonic acid, a side product that is reduced from the oxidant as a result of the oxidation reaction of aniline is produced. Organism pK It is characterized by using an oxidizing agent having an a value of not less than the pKa value of the sulfonic acid derivative. This method can be applied to a method for producing a solution of polyaniline or a derivative thereof, a method for increasing the conductivity of polyaniline or a derivative thereof, and a method for producing a solid electrolytic capacitor.
