titleOfInvention | Alkaline storage battery |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Poly (4-methylpentene- 1) By using a resin, it is possible to obtain an alkaline storage battery with little liquid leakage, a light weight of the entire battery, and an improved weight energy density. [Structure] A negative electrode 2 and a positive electrode 3 are arranged in this order so that the negative electrode is on the outer side through a sulfonated polypropylene nonwoven fabric separator 1, the negative electrode lead is made of a nickel negative electrode terminal 4, and the positive electrode lead is made of nickel. Spot weld to the positive electrode terminal. These electrode plates are 108 m in length made of poly (4-methylpentene-1) resin with a thickness of 3 mm. It is put in a battery case 5 having a size of m, a width of 69 mm, and a width of 18 mm, and a potassium hydroxide aqueous solution is added as an electrolyte. A sealing plate 7 made of poly (4-methylpentene-1) resin attached with a safety valve 6 is adhered to a case with an epoxy resin, and a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal are pressure-contacted and fixed to the sealing plate via an O-ring. Use a sealed battery. |
