[Structure] A light-transmitting conductive layer on a light-transmitting support, a photocarrier excitation layer 5 made of an organic photo-semiconductor, and 10 −5 cm 2 / V A photoreceptor 2 in which a carrier transport layer 6 composed of an organic optical semiconductor having a mobility of seconds or more is sequentially laminated, and a developing means 8 arranged on the carrier transport layer 6 side of the photoreceptor. A light source for irradiating the image exposure light from the light-transmissive support side, and a light source while applying a voltage to the light-transmissive conductive layer in the developing means in order to form an image by the developer on the photoconductor 2. An image forming apparatus characterized in that the image exposure light is emitted more.
