titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of metallic magnetic particle powder mainly composed of iron and having a spindle shape |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Industrial use of metallic magnetic particle powder mainly composed of spindle-shaped iron having a uniform particle size and no dendritic particles mixed together and having high coercive force. To provide the production method obtained. [Composition] Spindle-shaped goethite particles are produced by aerating an oxygen-containing gas through a suspension containing FeCO 3 obtained by reacting an aqueous solution of ferrous salt and an aqueous solution of alkali carbonate to carry out an oxidation reaction. In the method for producing a spindle-shaped metal magnetic particle powder, wherein the goethite particles or the spindle-shaped hematite particles obtained by heating and dehydrating the goethite particles are heated and reduced in a reducing gas. An acidic salt compound of Al is added to the aqueous solution of ferrous salt, and a basic salt compound of Al is added to the aqueous solution of alkaline carbonate, whereby the particle sizes are uniform and dendritic particles are mixed. In addition, a metal magnetic particle powder containing iron as a main component, which has a spindle shape and has a high coercive force, is obtained. |
