abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] An object of the present invention is to provide a polyolefin resin composition and a resin composition which are excellent in hardness, rigidity, impact resistance, heat resistance, appearance and dimensional stability. [Structure] The polyolefin resin composition of the present invention comprises a polyolefin resin 40 to 95.5 having a melting point of 170 ° C. or lower. % By weight, plate-like inorganic filler 4 to 40% by weight, melting point of 200 ° C. or higher, fiber diameter of 0.5 to 100 μm, and fiber length of 1 to 30 mm, synthetic organic fiber 0.5 to 20% by weight is kneaded at a temperature not higher than the melting point of the synthetic organic fiber, and further contains an acid-modified polyolefin resin.
