(57) [Summary] [Objective] To provide a method for differential detection of Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Neisseria meningitidis. [Structure] Lectin was added to the sample suspected of being present, and the presence of Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Neisseria meningitidis was confirmed by the presence or absence of an agglutination reaction. The presence of each microorganism is confirmed by bringing it into contact with a substrate that reacts specifically, and checking the presence or absence of that reaction. |
