titleOfInvention Spread spectrum communication transmitter and LSI for the transmitter
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Spread spectrum communication that can perform high-sensitivity transmission over a wide temperature range and that does not suffer from jitter or bit errors during high-speed digital signal transmission. In a spread spectrum communication transmitter for FSK-modulating serial digital data whose frequency is switched according to the level of each bit and spread-spectrum-modulating the FSK-modulated signal for transmission, the FSK modulation for the FSK modulation is performed. The section 1 is constituted by a direct digital synthesizer, and a synchronizing circuit 19 for synchronizing the frequency of the FSK signal corresponding to at least one level of each bit with the PN code for spread spectrum modulation is provided.
