titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing composite molded article
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To efficiently produce a composite molded article having a foamed core in the core portion in which the surface layer portion having excellent surface smoothness is made of FRP (short molding cycle). [Structure] A material for molding the surface layer such as a reinforced fiber sheet is placed on the inner wall surface of the mold cavity, the mixture of the foamable resin and the liquid molding resin system is put in the inner portion, and the mold is closed to perform heat molding. Thus, when producing a lightweight and rigid composite molded product having a tough surface layer part and a core part made of a foam core, at least the resin and the curing agent are mixed immediately before the molding, and the foamable resin and the liquid molding are mixed. The mixture with the resin system is rapidly heated by microwave and fed to the mould.
