abstract (57) [Summary] [Constitution] The present invention provides a method for stabilizing a liposome membrane and a method for stabilizing the liposome membrane, which comprises reacting a liposome having a hapten immobilized on a membrane surface in advance with an antibody against the hapten. This is the hapten quantification method used. [Effect] The present invention provides a new method for stabilizing a liposome membrane by utilizing the reaction between a hapten previously immobilized on the liposome membrane and an antibody against the hapten, and the degree of stabilization is the coexisting antibody. Since it has a characteristic that it can correspond to the amount of hapten, it has a remarkable effect that various haptens can be quantified by utilizing this membrane stabilizing action, and it greatly contributes to the industry. It is another invention.
