(57) [Summary] [Composition] Lactobacillus casei A lactic acid bacterium preparation for silage preparation containing at least one of Subspecies rhamnosus, Lactobacillus salivarius subspices salivarius and Lactobacillus delbrocky subspecies lactis. [Effect] Compared with the conventional lactic acid bacterium for preparing silage, the lactic acid bacterium grows in an extremely short time and the pH of silage can be lowered. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the growth of butyric acid bacteria and to prepare a good quality silage, and moreover, it works effectively even in a relatively high temperature environment. |
