abstract | (57) Summary [Objective] To provide a method for synthesizing an oligonucleotide hybridization affinity product with particular utility using a polymeric support system. [Structure] A method including the following steps (a) to (f): (a) A method of binding a molecular primer having one or more oxidizable substituents to a polymer support; (b) an oligonucleotide Protecting any groups of the polymeric support system that can adversely or participate in synthesis; (c) optionally protecting oxidizable substituents on the primer; (d) ) A step of synthesizing an oligonucleotide by condensing a nucleotide on the primer; (e) a step of deprotecting both the synthetic oligonucleotide and the protected oxidizable primer substituent, if necessary; and ( f) Complementarily hybridizing the resulting deprotected oligonucleotide with a polynucleotide, thereby forming a duplex. |
