titleOfInvention Polyurethane elastic fiber
abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a polyurethane elastic fiber having a reduced amount of aromatic amine and having improved resistance to yellowing. [Structure] A polyol is reacted with an excess mole of an aromatic diisocyanate to form a prepolymer, and the prepolymer is then mixed with a low molecular weight difunctional active hydrogen compound in an inert solvent in the presence of a small amount of a monofunctional active hydrogen compound. In the step of producing a polyurethane elastic fiber by spinning a polymer solution obtained by chain extension by a dry method or a wet method, by using a solvent which has been cooled in advance, the prepolymer dissolution step and the chain extension step are performed. A polyurethane elastic fiber having an aromatic amine content of 3 meq / kg or less after boiling water treatment, which comprises shortening the time and using an appropriate amount of a low molecular weight difunctional active hydrogen compound and a monofunctional active hydrogen compound.
