abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a novel organosilane polycondensate. The compound is produced by hydrolyzing a hydrogen salt of an aminosilane compound or by hydrolyzing an aminosilane and subsequently reacting with an alkyl salt. [Effect] The compound is used as an adhesion medium between an inorganic surface and an organic surface.
