(57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a novel curable polyphenylene ether resin composition having excellent dielectric properties of polyphenylene ether and exhibiting excellent chemical resistance and heat resistance after curing. (A) A reaction product of a polyphenylene ether with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or acid anhydride, and a reaction product of a compound having at least one unsaturated bond group and at least one hydroxyl group, and (b) ) A composite material is obtained by impregnating a substrate with a curable resin composition comprising triallyl cyanurate and / or triallyl isocyanurate. The composite materials are laminated, heated and cured. |
