titleOfInvention Solid electrolytic capacitor
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To improve the reliability, particularly high temperature durability, of a solid electrolytic capacitor having a conductive polymer as a solid electrolyte. [Structure] By interspersing an oxygen adsorbing substance 7 in an epoxy resin 8 which is an exterior resin of a solid electrolytic capacitor, it is possible to prevent oxygen from reaching the conductive polypyrrole layer 3 and suppress oxidative deterioration of the conductive polypyrrole layer 3. In addition, a solid electrolytic capacitor having high reliability, particularly excellent high temperature durability is obtained.
