abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Epoxy resin is reliably adhered to a polymer compound containing tributyl phosphate (TBP). [Structure] 100 parts by weight of an epoxy resin containing 20% by weight or more of coal tar and 10 parts of a polyamide-based curing agent. The blended tar epoxy resin 3 prepared by blending 100 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight of the blended tar epoxy resin 3 is bonded to the polymer compound (cured product) 1 and held by heating to cure the blended tar epoxy resin 3 to the polymer compound 1.
