(57) [Summary] [Purpose] A bioreactor and method capable of quantifying analytes such as body fluid samples with high sensitivity and reproducibility. [Structure] A bioreactor which is an immobilized enzyme reactor containing an oxidase and a peroxidase, in which an oxidase is mainly placed on the inlet side of the reactor and a peroxidase is mainly placed on the outlet side. A method for detecting a trace component using the above bioreactor when detecting a trace component in a sample. [Effect] It is possible to quantify trace components in a sample with high sensitivity and reproducibility. |
