titleOfInvention | Cleaning brush, electrophotographic method using the same, electrophotographic apparatus, and process cartridge for electrophotographic apparatus |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] When obtaining a copied image in the electrophotographic process (Carlson process), reactive gases (ozone, nitrogen oxides, etc.) are generated during corona charging and light irradiation, and the atmosphere is changed. Since the photoconductor is exposed, it causes surface deterioration. This reduces the image density as the number of copies increases. The present invention provides a cleaning brush for preventing deterioration of the surface of a photoreceptor as much as possible, an electrophotographic apparatus using the cleaning brush, and the like. [Structure] A cleaning brush containing an antioxidant is used as a cleaning brush for cleaning the surface of an electrophotographic photosensitive member. |
