(57) Summary An object of the present invention is to provide a method of forming a reticulated material from a thermoplastic film. The method comprises: (a) forming a generally uniform pattern of holes in the thermoplastic film, and (b) constraining the film at the perimeter of the perforated film. (C) heating the constrained apertured film to expand the apertures and form a reticulated material. |
