titleOfInvention | Surface treatment method for rubber products |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To impart non-stickiness and lubricity to the surface of rubber products. [Structure] A modified urethane emulsion is applied in advance as a surface treatment liquid A to the surface of a rubber body, and then a synthetic resin liquid that imparts non-adhesiveness and lubricity is further applied as a surface treatment liquid B. The film is formed by drying, and is immersed in a chelating agent aqueous solution in the middle of the two-step coating. Further, a fluorine-based activator is added to the surface treatment liquid B. [Effect] Non-adhesion, lubricity, and strength are improved, and the film is maintained without peeling. |
