titleOfInvention | Information recording medium |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] The first information recording medium of the present invention is shown in FIG. In the information recording medium in which the electrode layer 13, the photoconductive layer 14, the information recording layer 11, the resin layer 12 and the electrode layer 13 'are sequentially provided, at least one electrode is transparent and the information recording layer is It is composed of a liquid crystal phase and a resin phase. Further, as shown in FIG. 1B, the photoconductive layer 14 and the information recording layer 11 are laminated with a transparent insulating layer 16 in between. According to the information recording medium of the present invention, by laminating the electrode layer on the information recording layer with the resin layer interposed therebetween, it is possible to prevent the liquid crystal from seeping out from the information recording layer, and at the time of information recording due to the seeping of the liquid crystal. It is possible to record information without noise. Further, even if an electrode such as ITO is vapor-deposited on the information recording layer, the electrode layer can be prevented from cracking and the like, so that the decrease in conductivity can be prevented. |
