abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] The object of the present invention is to separate optical isomers of optically active alcohols and amines required in the fields of medicine, pharmacy, agriculture, clinical chemistry, and other fields, It is to provide a fluorescently labeled compound for quantification. [Structure] The compound of the present invention (+)-or (-)-4- (N, N-Dimethylaminosulfonyl) -7- (2- (Chloroformylpyrrolidin-1-yl) -2,1,3- Benzoxadiazole is a hydroxyl group, a chloroformyl group for reacting with an amino group under mild conditions, an asymmetric carbon atom for producing a diastereomer which is separated very well by HPLC, and an excitation wavelength and a fluorescence wavelength. Both are characterized by having a 2,1,3-benzoxadiazole skeleton having strong fluorescence of a long wavelength.
