abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a method for producing a foam, which can obtain a foam having a high expansion ratio and an excellent surface condition without danger of explosion or the like by using a small amount of an organic solvent. [Composition] Low density polyethylene, antioxidant and talc are mixed and fed to the hopper of an extruder with two inlets at the vent, and 2-propanol is the first inlet at the vent of the extruder.
