titleOfInvention | Sand core manufacturing method |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To obtain sand cores with excellent coating properties even with sand core prototypes that have been solidified using the warm box method. [Structure] When molding a sand core, phthalic acid esters such as dibutyl phthalate or fatty acid esters are blended to obtain a sand core prototype, and the sand core prototype is prepared using an organic acid such as an aqueous solution of calcium acetate. The surface of the sand core mold is uniformly coated by treating with salt and immersing in a coating agent, and then dried to obtain a sand core having an excellent coating. |
