(57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a laser system in which the density of the beam cross section is constant and uniform regardless of the change of the beam size. A laser system of the present invention optically changes a size of a surface area to which a laser means for generating a beam, a supporting means for positioning a surface with respect to a laser, and a pulsed laser energy are delivered. Beam area control means including optical means for image formation and image forming means for forming an image of the aperture on the surface. |
