titleOfInvention Method of manufacturing electrolytic capacitor
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] An excellent electrolytic capacitor that can make the impregnation of a capacitor element with an organic semiconductor uniform at a high level and uniform characteristics such as capacitance and loss at a high level. A method for manufacturing the same is provided. [Structure] A spacer 3 is interposed between an anode foil 1 and a cathode foil 2 made of a valve metal, and an anode terminal 4 and a cathode terminal 5 are attached to each electrode foil and wound to form a capacitor element 6. . An outer surface of the upper opening type case 7 is coated with a thermoplastic resin 8, and an organic semiconductor material is housed inside the thermoplastic resin 8. The case is placed on a hot plate having a constant temperature and heated and melted to obtain an organic semiconductor melt 9 (FIG. 3). The capacitor element 6 is impregnated with the molten organic semiconductor liquid, and is cooled and solidified 10. The opening of the case 7 is sealed with the sealing body 11.
