titleOfInvention Binder composition for heat-curing mold and method for producing mold
abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a binder composition for producing a heat-curing mold having excellent disintegration. Moreover, the method of manufacturing a mold is provided using this binder composition. [Structure] This binder composition for heat-curing molds comprises a binder composed of a furan-based resin that can be heat-cured by a curing agent composed of a salt of a strong acid and a weak base, and a trialkyl phosphate or a triamine phosphate. And a disintegration accelerator composed of reel ester. The carbon number of the alkyl group in the phosphoric acid trialkyl ester is 1 to 20. The carbon number of the aryl group in the triaryl phosphate ester is 6 to 20. Is. If the binder composition for a heat-curing mold and the curing agent are added to the refractory granular aggregate and kneaded and heat-treated, the binder is cured and a heat-curing mold can be obtained. The disintegration accelerator acts on the furan-based resin that is heat-cured by the curing agent, accelerates the deterioration of the furan-based resin, and improves the disintegration property of the heat-curable mold.
