(57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide an electrophotographic toner having various fastnesses and environmental stability, especially a color toner. [Structure] The toner contains a polymeric binder, and the cationic portion of the basic dye is contained in a form of forming a salt with an anionic group present in the polymeric side chain of the binder. An electrophotographic toner containing substantially no anion which is a counter ion of the basic dye. |
