titleOfInvention Sample delivery device and method
abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] To provide a device capable of automatically repeating and maintaining an inert atmosphere to deliver a sample substance to an analyzer or a process, and also to reduce the amount of sample required and to provide a sample. Do not waste the sample due to the flushing of the cell that is sending. An expandable member has a pump separated into a pressure chamber and a sample chamber, the sample chamber is connected to a first reservoir, and the first reservoir is via a sample exchanger including a position-changeable sample well. Connected to the second reservoir, the pressure chamber, the first reservoir, the sample exchanger, and the second reservoir constitute a pressurizable chamber, and the position switchable sample well is connected to the first reservoir in the sample chamber. It has a first position that allows fluid transfer between the second reservoirs and a second position that allows fluid contained in the positionable sample well to be transferred and removed from the sample delivery device. The first reservoir is an optional element and the device can be operated without the first reservoir.
