titleOfInvention Secondary ion mass spectrometry and method for preparing standard sample used therein
abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] To provide a method for highly sensitive analysis of a small amount of sample using secondary ion mass spectrometry and a method for preparing a standard sample for quantitative analysis. [Structure] In a method for analyzing a metal-containing solid sample by secondary ion mass spectrometry to analyze a metal component contained in the sample, (i) after the metal component contained in the sample is once dissolved, A sample preparation step of resolidifying and mixing the metal oxide formed by baking the obtained solid material with metallic silver powder to obtain a compression-molded tablet; i) A secondary ion mass spectrometric method comprising a sample analysis step of analyzing the sample thus prepared. The dissolved metal in the solution containing the metal at a predetermined concentration is solidified, and the solidified product obtained is fired to form a metal oxide. The metal oxide is mixed with metal silver powder and compression molded to obtain a tablet. A method for preparing a standard sample for secondary ion mass spectrometry, comprising:
