titleOfInvention | Abrasive fixing tape |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Objective] An object of the present invention is to have an adhesive layer that adheres an abrasive very strongly and does not peel off even when heated or pressed in the presence of an abrasive liquid. However, it is to provide a double-sided adhesive tape which can be easily re-peeled from the surface plate of the polishing machine after use. [Composition] A heat-activatable adhesive layer made of polyester or polyurethane having a strong adhesiveness to the abrasive, A double-sided adhesive tape characterized by being laminated on a rubber adhesive provided on one side of a plastic film which is a support and having a re-release type pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on the other side. In use, the heat activated adhesive layer is adhered to the abrasive by hot pressing or heat roll lamination. |
