abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] Even with a small amount of rubber, it has excellent elasticity, excellent strength, and uniform strength properties such as tensile strength, heat resistance, weather resistance, flexibility and elasticity. To provide a method for producing a thermoplastic elastomer capable of giving a molded article excellent in surface smoothness, paintability, thermal adhesiveness to different materials, and economical efficiency. [Structure] Polymer particles composed of a crystalline olefin polymer part and an amorphous olefin polymer part, a graft modifier, a radical initiator, and, if necessary, a cross-linking aid, a mineral oil-based softener, and a radical. A method for producing a thermoplastic elastomer, characterized by dynamically heat-treating a crosslinking agent other than an initiator to obtain a graft-modified and crosslinked thermoplastic elastomer. The method for producing a thermoplastic elastomer as described above, wherein the thermoplastic elastomer contains 40% or more of boiling p-xylene insoluble matter. |
