(57) [Summary] [Structure] After spray-drying a slurry containing a surfactant and an inorganic salt, the obtained spray-dried powder, an alkali builder and a binder component are kneaded by kneading, and then the obtained compact is obtained. When crushing and granulating to produce a high bulk density detergent composition, a potassium salt of carbonic acid or bicarbonate is dividedly added both during slurry preparation and during kneading. As a surfactant, 2 to 30% by weight of a sulfonate of a lower fatty acid alkyl ester and / or 1 to 30% by weight of a linear alkylbenzene sulfonate are blended. [Effect] High bulk density detergent particles having good knead hardness with good crushability and good fluidity of the product after crushing can be produced with high productivity. |
