abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention provides a method for producing an optical card substrate having an anti-counterfeit hologram in a simple process without adversely affecting the pre-format pattern of the substrate, and an optical information recording medium used for the substrate. A method for manufacturing the same is provided. [Structure] An optical card base body in which both patterns are simultaneously formed by using a casting mold having a pattern corresponding to a pair of a preformat pattern and an anti-counterfeit hologram pattern, and the substrate is formed by a casting machine. An optical information recording medium using is manufactured. Further, the mold is provided with a plurality of paired patterns and a process control column corresponding to the pattern is provided, and when a defect occurs in the pattern, a mark is put in a corresponding frame of the process control column to identify and exclude defective products. It is a management method.
