titleOfInvention Artificial marble molding
abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] An artificial marble molded article having a transparent or translucent gel coat layer on its surface and a transparent or translucent casting layer as the lower layer, wherein the gel coat layer is a metal organic layer. Cured layer of unsaturated polyester resin having an acryl group or a methacryl group at the end, which is heat-cured in the presence of a peroxide curing agent having a decomposition temperature of 40 ° C. or higher without using a curing accelerator composed of an acid salt or a complex salt. The casting layer is composed of glass powder, water and water which have been subjected to coupling treatment in the presence of a peroxide curing agent having a decomposition temperature of 40 ° C. or higher without using a curing accelerator composed of a metal organic acid salt or a complex salt. The cured layer is formed by heating and curing a methacrylic acid ester resin mixed with one or more fillers selected from aluminum oxide and magnesium hydroxide. [Effect] An artificial marble molded product having excellent durability and less deterioration in appearance can be obtained. This molded product is extremely useful for bathtubs, washbasins and the like.
