titleOfInvention Ophthalmic medical equipment
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide an ophthalmologic medical device which is configured as a unit for each part of the device, is easy to operate, and can be configured easily and inexpensively. An object of the present invention is to provide an ophthalmologic medical device capable of more precisely adjusting the focus of therapeutic laser light. [Configuration] A configuration in which a scanning laser ophthalmoscope is combined with a laser photocoagulation device having a wavelength different from that of the observation laser beam is used. A half mirror 27 is provided for irradiating the eye to be examined with a therapeutic laser light having a wavelength different from that of the observation laser light. Further, the sensing device 17 of the treatment laser beam is arranged behind the pinhole 13 disposed in the rear of the two-dimensional deflector of the observation laser beam (4, 8), sensing device 1 The light-receiving signal from 7 is input to the signal processing device 18, combined so as to be superimposed on the fundus image, and the monitor 19 displays the matching state of the position and focus of the spot image.
