abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] General formula [Chemical formula 1] (In the formula, R is H or an acyl group, R 1 and R 2 are H and C 1 To C 20 -alkyl, aralkyl or aralkyl groups are shown), wherein the racemic mixture is introduced in the presence of a hydrolase in a diluent and R is hydrogen. In some cases, a reaction mixture containing antipodally pure beta-hydroxy-delta-valerolactone and antipodally pure beta-acyloxy-delta-valerolactone was obtained by reacting in the presence of an esterifying agent. It is manufactured and separated by conventional methods. [Effect] The reaction is completed after completely converting into one of the antipodes, and the product with the highest purity is obtained. |
