abstract | (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To provide a multi-layer transmission line that does not require a shield case and can be formed in the same plane inside a substrate on which a microstrip line is formed and adjacent to the microstrip line. A multi-layer transmission line 10 in which a first ground electrode 3, a first dielectric ceramic layer 1a, a microstrip line 2, a second dielectric ceramic layer 1b, and a second ground electrode 4 are laminated is provided. In the second dielectric ceramic layers 1a and 1b, a plurality of via holes 6 connected to the first ground electrode 3 and the second ground electrode 4 around the microstrip line 2 are formed. |
